FlexyLink is a laser marking machine that is integrated into an actual transport line or conveyorized line. The line can be customized for any application, material and required speed to process. Multiple conveyors are available from belts, rollers or metallic chains. The laser marking machine can be configured with any type of laser from fiber, green, CO2 or UV.

The system is configured with programmable XY and Z axes with a range of strokes depending on the quantity and application. A pneumatic stop system or a vision system provides the correct position for the mark with recognition and centering. The vision system can also be used for OCR verification of the text and for reading and/or verification of a datamatrix.
