Autonomy
The DrinkFeeder can mark all cylindrical objects with extreme precision. Components are loaded onto a conveyor chain that takes them to the marking area, where an alignment system ensures correct positioning. A lifting mechanism then positions the object for engraving. The system can mark up to 360 degrees of the surface, even offering 3D options. This flexibility allows markings on multiple sides and at different angles, adapting to various customization needs.
Flexibility
Once the marking cycle has started, the machine is specifically designed to work autonomously, providing a significant reduction in production costs and a substantial increase in productivity. This is made possible by the length of the chain, the fully automatic mechanism for feeding, and the orientation and rotation of parts along the chain system.
Productivity
We can equip the machine with either one laser or dual lasers. The latter option allows you to choose two lasers with the same source or two different sources to increase the type of materials that can be marked with one system. MOPA lasers, which are fiber lasers with adjustable pulse durations, are suitable for marking all metals, painted surfaces, and some plastics. CO2 lasers are perfect for marking wood components, coated metals, bamboo, and other organic materials.
