TowerMark Z

The TowerMark laser marking machine is extremely versatile and can
be used either in manual mode or combined with a robot for loading/
unloading.

All the components (also the suction system) are housed in the
structure, which is therefore easy to move with a transpallet or, if the
wheeled version has been chosen, simply by pushing it.

The door can be both manual and pneumatic. The large viewing glass and interior lighting system provide a clear view of the objects to be engraved and simplify their positioning. The working area is 750x570mm and the marking area ranges from 100mm up to ø310mm depending on the choice of lens.

The Z axis of TowerMark, in the standard version, makes it possible to mark parts with a height of up to 400 mm. The glide guide has recirculating ball screws and ensures speed, precision of movement, excellent rigidity and long-term duration.

Upgrade

Towermark Z is designed for the immediate upgrade of several elements: the TTL vision system to mark small products; the rotary axis for cylindrical parts; a table with 300mm stroke to increase the work area; a high definition side vision system and a sheet tensioner for thin sheets.

x axis upgrade

To increase productivity, TowerMark Z is also prepared both mechanically and electrically for insertion of the X axis, which takes place through a simple and fast process. This allows the translation of the head along an axis of 500mm so as to obtain a marking area of 600x100mm.
